Christmas Worship at Peace!
God looked at our broken world and loved it. He sent his Son to bring God’s love and forgiveness to people in desperate need of both. The child born in a Bethlehem stable came to live for us, die for us, and rise from the dead to be out Savior. Join us to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ! Our worship will feature an inspiring message, favorite Christmas carols and a place to fine God’s word-changing love. A Savior has been born to you, he is Christ the Lord.

Lutheran Military Support Group
Peace Lutheran Church has joined the LMSG supporting our veterans beginning with the addition of an LMSG Liaison, Mike Lippert who will report to the Board of Youth and Family. We will soon be adding an LMSG Support Group as well. Please CLICK HERE to sign up for the support group.
Mission Statement
Lutheran Military Support Group is a non-profit organization providing Christ-centered support to military service members, veterans, and their families.
LMSG Organizational Concept and Design
LMSG is an incorporated WI nonprofit, run by a Board of Evangelical Lutheran (WELS/ELS) Veterans from all branches of service, in several states.
The group is a national level organization, designed to have national reach, but local impact. We are designed to be both an auxiliary to WELS Military Services, and the ELS Christian Service Board in their support of active duty service members, and an independent organization supporting the needs of our military veterans and our “military families” of both active duty members and veterans. Further information about the LMSG can be found at http://lutheranmilitary.org/
Read through Scripture and count the times it refers to believers as “brothers and sisters.” The Holy Spirit uses terms like these to help us think of each other as family.
In this 6-week worship series, we will look at how our Father knits us together in love and unity into a spiritual family. We will see the benefits of being part of this family. In the Church, Christ has given us a better home.
We hope you will be able to join us as we strengthen the ties that have bound us together as family members in Christ!

What is an idol? While we might initially think of golden calves, graven images, and gods named Baal or Buddha, would we agree that an idol is really anything that is more important to us than God? If so, then idolatry isn’t just a primitive practice from ancient cultures, but it’s a real danger to modern-day Christians. And maybe, just maybe, we have idols in our lives that capture our hearts and absorb our time more than we realize.
In this four-week series, Idols We Never Knew We Had, we’ll seek to identify some of those sneaky present-day idols and, by the power of God’s Word, avoid the spiritual dangers that accompany them.
