Our committee has been working on finalizing the construction and engineering plans. We are determining mechanicals, furnishings, and finishes. At the same time, we are working to prepare for a capital campaign launch the weekend of October 16. This will provide Peace members the opportunity to prayerfully support the expansion project. We are excited to share that groundbreaking is tentatively scheduled for the beginning of March 2023. CLICK HERE for a short video presentation.
The summer theme for Day Camp 2022 is Faith Ninjas. It is based on 1Timothy 6:12a, “Fight the good fight of the faith.” The theme examines how we want to fight for Christ, using all the different skills that we have been given through the Bible. Kids in 3K-5th Grade are invited to attend our VBS on July 6 – 8 from 9am-noon each day. We will spend time learning a Bible Lesson, creating crafts, singing songs, playing games, and of course, ninja training (Camp Philip Style!) Students 5th Grade-High School, and adults, are encouraged to volunteer at this event. If you have any questions, please contact the church office (262-673-5610.
